What we collect

The Lobbi Spend Companion collects product pricing data only from the supplier websites you visit. Specifically:

• Product name and description
• Product price, unit price, and pack/case size
• Product SKU or item number
• Product category
• Supplier name
• Product page URL

What we do NOT collect

• Your name, email, or any personal information
• Your account credentials on any supplier site
• Your purchase history or order information
• Your browsing history outside of supported supplier sites
• Cookies, session tokens, or authentication data
• Payment information of any kind

How we use this data

Product pricing data is stored in our database to power real-time price comparisons across hotel suppliers. When you view a product on one supplier's website, the extension checks if the same or similar product is available at a better price from another supplier.

Pricing data is aggregated anonymously across all Lobbi users to build a comprehensive price database. No individual user can be identified from the data we collect. There is no user account, no login, and no way to connect pricing observations to a specific person or hotel.

Where data is stored

Pricing data is stored on Supabase (hosted on AWS) in the United States. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We do not sell, share, or transfer pricing data to third parties for purposes unrelated to the extension's core functionality.

Supported sites

The extension only activates on product pages of these supplier websites:

• samsclub.com
• amazon.com
• faire.com

• dzeeusa.com

The extension does not run on any other websites. It does not monitor your general browsing activity.

Permissions

The extension requests access to the supplier websites listed above to read product information from their pages. It also uses the storage permission to save your comparison statistics locally in your browser (number of comparisons, total savings found). This data stays on your device and is never transmitted.

Your rights

You can uninstall the extension at any time. Upon uninstallation, all local data (comparison statistics) is deleted. Pricing data already contributed to the anonymous database cannot be attributed to you and remains in the system to benefit other users.
